Virtual Number (DIDs)

This document describes the Virtual Number (DIDs) page in the Teliqon Portal and explains how to view the virtual numbers assigned to a project. It covers the list structure, toolbars, table columns, sorting controls, and pagination. It also includes the interface screenshots and the available list management options.

General Information

On the Virtual Number (DIDs) page, you can find information about the virtual numbers of your project on the Teliqon portal.

You can access this page from the left-hand side menu:

In this section, you can view the list of all virtual numbers associated with your project on the Teliqon portal. Virtual numbers are provided to the project by support - it is not possible to add them independently.

List of virtual numbers

The list of virtual numbers is presented as follows:

This section contains the following elements to facilitate list management:

  1. Top toolbar;

  2. List of virtual numbers;

  3. Bottom toolbar.

Top toolbar

The top toolbar consists of the following elements:

  1. Dropdown list 'Elements per page';

  2. Text input field for searching the list, 'Search';

  3. Button to refresh the records in the list.

To change the number of records displayed per page, you can use the dropdown list 'Elements per page'. The available options are:

  1. 10 per page;

  2. 15 per page;

  3. 25 per page;

  4. 50 per page;

  5. 100 per page;

  6. 250 per page.

To initiate a search within the list, you need to enter more than one character in the input field.

To perform the search based on the entered data, click the 'Search' button or press ‘Enter’ on your keyboard.

List of virtual numbers

All virtual numbers available in your project are displayed in the list.

The list appears as follows:

The virtual numbers table contains the following columns:

  1. DID - the number you purchased for your project and will use for calls.

  2. Country - the country of the number.

  3. Billing period - the payment period; can take values such as 'one time payment', 'every month', 'every year'.

  4. Setup Fee - a one-time fee for purchasing and setting up the number.

  5. Subscription Amount - the monthly maintenance cost of the number.

  6. Next Payment At - the date of the next phone number rental charge.

  7. Is Spam - indicates whether the number is classified as spam or not.

  8. Comment - a comment on the number from the Teliqon portal, if applicable.

Hovering over the value in the 'Is Spam' column will display a tooltip, where you can view information regarding the last verification of the number:

Using the quick filters located next to most column headers, you can quickly and easily sort the list of virtual numbers by any parameter, in either ascending or descending order.

Only one quick filter can be active at a time. It has three states, which you can toggle by clicking on the filter:

  1. No sorting;

  2. Descending order;

  3. Ascending order.

Clicking on another quick filter will reset the previously selected filter to its initial state (no sorting).

Bottom toolbar

The bottom toolbar looks as follows:

It allows you to use page pagination.
