Lead Checker Guide
This document describes the Check Lead page in the Teliqon portal and explains how to verify customer phone numbers using available verification services. It covers verification types, request handling, history tracking, and detailed analysis results. It also explains how to interpret metadata and number status information.
General Information
On the Check Lead page, you can verify the customer phone number using the verification services available on the Teliqon portal. You can access this page from the left-hand side menu:

This page contains the following two sections:
- Check Lead;
- History.
Check Lead
The Check Lead section is structured as follows:

To verify phone numbers in this section, you need to complete the following fields:
Verification type dropdown list. You can choose one of the two available verification types:
- Analysis (service cost: $0.1) - Checks the connection status of the mobile number within the cellular network;
- Format (service cost: $0.00) - Validates the phone number format, determining whether it is valid or invalid.
- Phone number input field. You can enter between 1 and 1000 phone numbers in E.164 format (e.g., '+380911111111'). Numbers must be entered one after another in a single line, without any separators.
- Check - Confirmation button / Clear – Clear input button.
How to perform the check:
- Enter the number (or a list of numbers) in full format into the field. The number of recognized contacts will automatically appear below the input field.
- Select the desired check type.
- Click the ‘Check’ button to get the results.

A pop-up window will appear prompting you to confirm the deduction of a specific amount from your account balance for verifying the number of phone numbers you have entered.
You can either confirm the action by clicking the 'Approve' button or cancel it by clicking 'Cancel':

If you decide not to proceed with the number analysis, you can reset the entered phone numbers by clicking the 'Clear' button.
As a result of the verification, the following message will be displayed:

To view detailed information about a phone number, you need to navigate to the second section - 'History'.
History
The Potential Lead Verification History section is structured as follows:

This section contains the following elements to facilitate list management:
- Top toolbar;
- List of number analysis requests;
- Bottom toolbar.
Top toolbar
The top toolbar consists of the following elements:

- Dropdown list 'Elements per page';
- Text input field for searching the list - 'Search';
- Button to refresh the records in the list.
The list values are automatically refreshed every 5 seconds.
To change the number of records displayed per page, you can use the dropdown list 'Elements per page'. The available options are:
- 10 per page;
- 15 per page;
- 20 per page;
- 25 per page.
To initiate a search within the list, you need to enter more than one character into the input field.
List of number analysis requests
All 'Potential Lead Verification' attempts made within the project using this tool are displayed in the list.

Using the quick filters in the list, you can easily sort the number verification history by any parameter, either in ascending or descending order.
Only one quick filter can be active at a time. It has three states, which you can toggle by clicking on the filter:
- No sorting;
- Descending order;
- Ascending order.
Clicking on another quick filter will reset the previously selected filter to its initial state (no sorting).
Lead Check Request
Additionally, in the Request column, clicking on the unique date of any row will open a new page with detailed information about the verified number, depending on the previously selected verification type.

On this page, you can view the information regarding the results of the number analysis.
Format
After the format verification, you will be able to obtain the following information for the number:

Specifically:
Metadata - Service-related information about the call that does not include the conversation content, but comprises data such as caller number, time, duration, call direction, line type, location, call frequency, etc. This data is used to detect suspicious activity:
- Carrier - The name of the mobile network operator associated with the number based on its prefix. Example: "carrier": "PrJSC Kyivstar"
- Country Code - The international dialing code that precedes the phone number. Example: +1 for the United States, +380 for Ukraine.
- Country Name - The name of the country to which the number belongs. Example: Ukraine, United States.
- DID - A number that allows external parties to reach a company’s internal SIP lines directly.
- Intl Format - The international format of the phone number, including the + symbol and country code. Example: +380931234567.
- Line Type - The type of connection associated with the number, such as mobile, landline, VoIP, etc.
- Local Format - The local version of the number without the country code, typically used for domestic calls. Example: 0931234567 in Ukraine.
- Location - The geographic location (country or region) associated with the number. Example: "Kharkiv".
- Mcc - Mobile Country Code. A three-digit code identifying the mobile country. Example: "mcc": "255" -> Ukraine.
- Mnc - Mobile Network Code. A code identifying the mobile network operator within the country. Example: "mnc": "02, 03" -> Both may be used by Kyivstar.
- Prefix - The beginning digits of the number that indicate the geographic region, operator, or type of service. Example: 093 - a mobile operator prefix in Ukraine.
- Status - The current status of the number, indicating its availability or activity. Example: active, inactive, ported, disconnected.
- Created At - The date and time when the analysis request was initiated;
- Checked At - The date and time when the analysis was performed.
Analysis
After analyzing the number, you will be able to obtain the following information about the number:

Specifically:
Metadata - Service-related information about the call that does not include the conversation content but includes data such as the subscriber's number, time, duration, call direction, line type, location, call frequency, etc. This is used to detect suspicious activity:
- Connectivity status - The status that indicates whether the number is available for connection, i.e., whether it can be called or receive messages. Example: connected, unconnected, unknown.
- DID - Direct Inward Dialing number that allows external callers to reach internal SIP lines of the company directly.
- Is ported - Indicates whether the number has been transferred to another mobile operator via Mobile Number Portability (MNP); the value is either true or false.
- Is roaming - Indicates whether the number is currently roaming, i.e., being used outside of its home network or country; the value is either true or false.
- Mcc - Mobile Country Code. The three-digit country code for the mobile network. Example: "mcc": "255" -> Ukraine.
- Mccmnc - A unique mobile network code consisting of two parts: MCC (Mobile Country Code) - Country code for the mobile operator (e.g., 255 for Ukraine); MNC (Mobile Network Code) - Mobile network code within the country (e.g., 01 for Kyivstar).
- Mnc - The mobile network operator's code within a country. Example: "mnc": "02, 03" -> Kyivstar can use both codes.
- Msisdn - The complete international mobile subscriber number used to identify a phone on the network.
- Original Country Code - The international country code where the number was initially registered. Example: +44 for the United Kingdom.
- Original Country Name - The name of the country to which the number originally belonged. Example: United Kingdom.
- Original Country Prefix - The phone prefix of the country where the number was originally issued. Example: 44 without the + sign.
- Original Network Name - The name of the original operator who first issued the number. Example: Vodafone UK.
- Status - The status of the number indicating its activity or availability. Example: active, inactive, ported, disconnected.
- Created At - The date and time when the analysis request was initiated;
- Checked At - The date and time when the analysis was performed.
Bottom toolbar
The bottom toolbar looks as follows:
