Login & Registration Guide

This document describes the login, registration, and password recovery processes in the Teliqon portal. It explains how to access the system, create a new account, verify email, and restore access. It also covers form fields, validation rules, and user flow scenarios.

General information

This page contains the login form, which allows you to:

  1. Log in to the system if you already have an account;
  2. Recover your password if you have an account but have forgotten your password;
  3. Create a new account.

Login

The login form includes the following fields and elements to access the system if you are already registered (and have an account in Teliqon Portal):

  1. An input field for Email;
  2. An input field for Password;
  3. A button to view the entered password;
  4. A reCAPTCHA button used for user verification (helps the system distinguish between real users and bots);
  5. A ‘Log in’ button to access the system;
  6. Authorization button for signing via a Google Account;
  7. A Password recovery button;
  8. A Registration button;
  9. A link to the Privacy Policy.

The ‘Email’ and ‘Password’ fields must be filled in by entering data via the keyboard. To log into the system, you need to use the email and password of an existing user in the Teliqon portal.

If you do not yet have an account in the system, you should go to the registration section here.

After entering your email and password, you need to click the ‘Log in’ button.

If the data you entered matches the existing information in the system, you will be redirected to your personal account in the Teliqon portal.

Registration (Sign Up)

When you click the ‘Sign Up’ button, the following form will appear:

This form contains the following mandatory fields:

  1. First Name *;
  2. Last Name *;
  3. Company Name *;
  4. Position in company;
  5. Email *;
  6. Phone Number *;
  7. Password *.

The only optional field is the ‘Position in company’ field.

At this stage, if you change your mind about registering, you can return to the login page by clicking on ‘Back to login’.

If you wish to continue with the registration, you need to fill in all the fields and check the box ‘I agree with the Privacy Policy’, then click the ‘Register’ button.

If the data you entered has been previously added to the system, you will see the error message: ‘Error - user already exists’.

If your data is unique, you will receive a verification email at the provided address with the following message:

By clicking the account confirmation button, your email address will be verified.

Additionally, if you notice that you have made a mistake in the email address during registration, you can change the email you registered with by clicking on the ‘Change email’ button.

The email change form looks like this:

After entering the new email address, you will receive a registration confirmation form, as described above.

Password Recovery

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the ‘Reset Password’ button.

After clicking the password reset button, the following window will appear:

In this window, you need to enter the email address that is already registered in the system, then click the ‘Send reset instructions’ button.

At this stage, if you change your mind about resetting the password, you can return to the login page by clicking on ‘Back to login’.

After clicking the ‘Send reset instructions’ button, the following window will appear:

An email with instructions for resetting your password will be sent to the provided email address.

To change your password, you need to follow the link in the email, which will open a form for setting a new password. To set the new password, enter a password that meets the requirements and click ‘Change Password’.

After changing your password, you will be redirected to the login page, where you can log in with your new password.
