Dashboard

This document describes the Dashboard page in the Teliqon Portal and explains how to view project statistics, including Calls and SMS overviews. It covers charts, balance notifications, traffic analysis, billing, top destinations, and virtual numbers.

General Information

On the Dashboard page, you can view the statistics for your project on the Teliqon portal.

The Dashboard features two display modes:

  • Calls overview;

  • SMS overview.

Calls

The Calls page features the following charts:

  1. Call statistics: Calls, Failed, Completed, No Answer;

  2. Voice balance notifications - Notifications about balance drop to a specific threshold;

  3. Traffic - number of incoming and outgoing calls for the month;

  4. Voice balance;

  5. Top destinations;

  6. Virtual Numbers.

Each of these metrics provides valuable insights into your project.

Voice balance notifications

The Voice balance notifications block appears as follows:

This section displays the amount at which you will receive notifications regarding the low balance of your account.

You also have the option to modify this amount by clicking on the 'Edit' button and entering the new minimum balance threshold for low balance notifications.

Once you have made the changes, you can either save them by clicking 'Save' or cancel the changes by clicking 'Cancel'.

Traffic

This chart displays the ratio of the total number of calls (including missed, outgoing, and incoming) for the selected dates on the calendar.

This data allows you to identify the most productive period in terms of call count for your project.

Hovering your cursor over any bar in the chart will allow you to see the specific data types contained within that bar:

You can select to display data on the chart for missed calls, outgoing calls, incoming calls, or see all calls together.

You can also adjust the time period for which the data is displayed on the chart using the calendar:

Select the time range for the statistics in the calendar using one of the following methods:

  1. Enter the time range manually in the From and To fields.

  2. Select one of the predefined options:

  • Today;

  • Yesterday;

  • This week;

  • This month;

  • This year.

  1. Select a start and end date using the embedded calendar. Choose the start date by hovering over the day and clicking the left mouse button. Then, select the end date in the same way. To select a date from another month, click the < > arrows next to the month name to navigate to the previous or next month.

Once you have selected the date, click 'Apply' to apply the changes, or 'Clear' to cancel the changes on the chart.

Voice balance

This section contains the following data and tools:

  1. A calculation of how many days the project’s funds will last based on daily expenses;

  2. A 'Top up' button for account replenishment;

  3. A 'Billing' button to navigate to the billing page;

  4. A 'Rates' button to navigate to the rates page.

Billing overview

After clicking the 'Billing' button, the billing overview page will open:

Top Up Balance

After clicking the 'Top up' button, the following account top-up page will open:

Currently, two types of payments are available. If you don’t have any of the types, contact Teliqon Portal technical support:

  1. Btc: Cryptocurrency transfer via the Bitcoin network.

  2. Stripe: Instant top-up using credit or debit cards.

Depending on your selected payment type, after clicking this block, an additional section of the form will appear. Here, you will need to choose the balance you wish to top up, as well as the top-up amount:

To make a payment for the project, select the most convenient payment method for you, then follow the instructions below:

  1. Btc. After selecting this payment method, you will need to enter the desired amount in the input field:

Then, you will need to click 'Create order'.

A payment window will appear:

To complete your top-up:

  • Copy the address: Click the copy icon next to the wallet address.

  • Send funds: Send the exact amount specified using the BTC network.

  • Confirm: After completing the transfer in your wallet, click the ‘I sent the money’ button to notify the system.

  1. Stripe. After selecting this payment method, you will need to enter the desired amount in the input field:

Then, click 'Checkout with Stripe'

A payment confirmation window will open:

In this window, you need to check the top-up amount, currency, and enter your card details. After that, click the 'Pay' button.

Once the payment has been completed, you will be redirected to the 'Top Up Balance' page. You will be able to see your payment in the payment history, and your balance will be credited with the corresponding amount:

Transferring funds

On the account top-up page, you have the option to transfer funds from one balance to another:

After clicking the 'Transfer' button, the following page will open:

After selecting the source and destination balances for the transfer, you will be able to see the maximum amount that can be transferred:

To transfer funds from one balance to another, enter the amount in the 'Amount $' field, then click the 'Transfer' button. The specified amount will be transferred between your balances.

Rates overview

After clicking the 'Rates' button, the rates overview page will open:

Top destinations

This section displays the number of incoming and outgoing calls for the current day (from 00:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. of the current day):

You can configure the display of the call count in one of two variations:

  1. Sort by country (Country);

  2. Sort by the amount spent on calls (Value).

Virtual Numbers (DIDs)

This section displays information about the numbers for incoming calls and their statuses. It appears as follows:

The numbers on this chart are categorized according to their statuses in the system. There are four general statuses:

  1. Active;

  2. About to expire;

  3. Not configured;

  4. Pending regulations.

More details about the number statuses are provided in the following section.

SMS

The SMS page features the following charts:

  1. SMS summary statistics - includes Total SMS count and Sent to delivery;

  2. SMS balance notifications - alerts for when the balance drops below a specific value;

  3. Traffic - displays the number of SMS messages, filterable by various statuses;

  4. SMS Balance - current SMS balance overview;

  5. Top destinations - statistics on the most frequently used destinations.

SMS balance notifications

A configuration block, identical to the one in the ‘Calls’ section, allows you to define the limit at which SMS low balance notifications are sent.

Traffic

This chart allows you to visualize the SMS count and filter messages by various statuses.

By default, all statuses are selected, and the chart displays the total SMS count for the chosen period. To view the number of SMS messages for a specific day, hover over the corresponding bar:

To filter statistics by status, choose the required option from the drop-down menu.

The following statuses are available:

  • All statuses;

  • Sent;

  • Delivered;

  • Not Delivered;

  • Expired;

  • Pending.

To change the time range, click the ‘Range’ button and select the desired period on the calendar. For more information on how to use the calendar, please refer to this section.

SMS balance

This section is identical to ‘Voice balance’, but it contains financial statistics specifically for your SMS balance.

This section includes the following data and tools:

  1. A calculation of how many days the project’s funds will last based on daily expenses;

  2. A 'Top up' button for account replenishment;

  3. A 'Billing' button to navigate to the billing page;

  4. A 'Rates' button to navigate to the rates page.

Top destinations

This block displays the most popular SMS destinations:

Statistics for popular destinations can be filtered by count or by spend. Additionally, you can select a specific period for analysis using the calendar. Instructions on how to use the calendar are available here.
