Account Rates Guide
This document describes the Rates page in the Teliqon portal and explains how to view available tariffs for your project. It covers the top toolbar, the list of rates, filtering, sorting, tariff parameters, and pagination. It also explains prefix logic and related rate list fields.
General Information
On the Rates page, you can view information about the tariffs available for your project in the Teliqon portal.
You can access this page from the side menu on the left:

The page contains the following elements:
- Top toolbar;
- The list of rates;
- Bottom toolbar.
Top toolbar
The top toolbar consists of the following elements:

The dropdown list 'Elements per page' has the following options:
- 10 per page;
- 15 per page;
- 25 per page;
- 50 per page;
- 100 per page;
- 250 per page;
- Field for selecting Tech Prefix;
- Filter;
To filter the data on the page, you need to click the 'Filter' button, after which the following filter window will open:

- Prefix - is the prefix or country code (sub-code) to which calls are routed. For example, in the UK (country code +44), there is the prefix 447, which refers to mobile numbers. Similarly, 441 or 442 refers to landline numbers. Prefixes are typically read by length. For example, 44 is the general prefix (also the country code) for the UK, but 442 refers to fixed-line numbers.
- Dir. Code - ISO country codes;
- Destination - according to the Prefix, these are the names of the directions (codes, sub-codes). For example, the 441 prefix = 'United Kingdom - Fixed'.
- Rate per min - the cost of a call per 1 minute (60 seconds), in USD.
- Blocked status - the status of a specific prefix (code, sub-code) in the tariff. It may happen that certain prefixes are intentionally blocked and are specifically mentioned in the tariffs to ensure the client is aware of it. For example, in the UK (+44 country code), prefixes like 449 are often blocked because they are premium rate service (PRS) codes.
Once you have selected the necessary filters, you need to click the 'Apply' button.
If you want to reset all filter values, click 'Clear'.
The list of rates
All tariffs available to the project are displayed in a list:

This section displays the full list of tariffs. If you need to find specific entries, use the filter tool located on the top toolbar.
You can also use the quick filters next to the column headers.
Only one quick filter can be active at a time.
It has 3 states, which can be switched by clicking on the quick filter:
- No sorting;
- Sorting in descending order;
- Sorting in ascending order.
Clicking on another quick filter will reset the previously selected filter to its initial state (no sorting).
The tariff list consists of the following parameters:
- Tech Prefix – used when the same destination (country) has different tariffs.
- Prefix – this is the prefix or country code (sub-code) to which calls are routed. For example, in the UK (country code +44), there is the prefix 447, which corresponds to mobile numbers. Similarly, 441 or 442 corresponds to landline numbers. Prefixes are usually read by length. For example, 44 is the general prefix (also the country code) for the UK, but 442 refers to fixed-line numbers.
- Direction Code – ISO country codes; (ISO 3166-1 alpha-3).
- Destination name – according to the Prefix, these are the names of destinations (codes, sub-codes). For example, the 441 prefix = 'United Kingdom - Fixed'.
- Effective From – the date and time when the tariff was applied in the billing system.
- Rate per min – the cost of a call per 1 minute (60 seconds), in USD.
- Blocked – the status of a specific prefix (code, sub-code) in the tariff. Some specific prefixes might be intentionally blocked and are specifically mentioned in the tariffs to ensure the client is aware of this. For example, in the UK (+44 country code), prefixes like 449 are often blocked because they are premium rate service (PRS) codes.
- Tariff name – the name of the tariff. For example, the name 'Default - CLI' could indicate that this is a tariff in which the number from which the call is made is displayed to the called party. CLI stands for Caller Line Identification.
