Reputation Checker Guide
This document describes the DID Reputation Check page in the Teliqon portal and explains how to verify virtual numbers within your project. It covers verification types, request handling, history tracking, and detailed analysis results. It also explains how to review spam-check results for individual virtual numbers.
General Information
On the DID Reputation Check page, you can check any desired virtual number within your project on the Teliqon portal.
You can access this page from the left-hand side menu:

This page contains the following two sections:
- Reputation Check;
- History.
Reputation Check
The Virtual Number (DID) Verification section is structured as follows:

To verify virtual numbers (DID) in this section, you need to fill in the following fields:
Verification type dropdown list. You can analyze numbers for direct inbound dialing (DID) using one of the following verification types:
- Basic (service cost $0.01) - Basic reputation check of the phone number;
- Services (service cost $0.012) - Checks the phone number’s reputation across different services.
- Phone number input field. You can enter from 1 to 1000 numbers in E.164 format (e.g., '+380911111111'). Numbers must be entered one after another in a single line, without any separators.
- Check - Confirmation button / Clear – Clear input button.
How to perform the check:
- Enter the number (or a list of numbers) in full format into the field. The number of recognized contacts will automatically appear below the input field.
- Select the desired check type.
- Click the ‘Check’ button to get the results.

A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm the deduction of a specific amount from your account balance for verifying the number of phone numbers you entered.
You can either confirm by clicking the 'Approve' button or cancel by clicking the 'Cancel' button:

If you decide not to proceed with analyzing the number(s), you can reset the entered values in the input field by clicking the 'Clear' button.
As a result of the verification, the following message will be displayed:

To view information about a number, you need to navigate to the second section - 'History'.
History
The DID Reputation Check History block is displayed as follows:

This section contains the following elements to facilitate list management:
- Top toolbar
- List of number analysis requests
- Bottom toolbar.
Top toolbar
The top toolbar consists of the following elements:

- Dropdown list 'Elements per page'
- Text input field for searching the list - 'Search'
- Button to refresh the records in the list
The list values are automatically refreshed every 5 seconds.
To change the number of records displayed per page, you can use the dropdown list 'Elements per page'. The available options are:
- 10 per page;
- 15 per page;
- 20 per page;
- 25 per page.
To initiate a search within the list, you need to enter more than one character into the input field.
List of number analysis requests
All virtual number verification attempts made within the project using this tool are displayed in the list.

Using the quick filters in the list, you can easily sort the number verification history by any parameter, either in ascending or descending order.
Only one quick filter can be active at a time. It has three states, which you can toggle by clicking on the filter:
- No sorting;
- Descending order;
- Ascending order.
Clicking on another quick filter will reset the previously selected filter to its initial state (no sorting).
Reputation check request
Additionally, in the 'Request' column, clicking on the unique date of any row will open a new page with detailed information about the verified number, depending on the previously selected verification type.
The page is structured as follows:

On this page, you can view the information regarding the analysis results of a virtual number.
Depending on the type of number analysis, you will be able to see the following information related to the analyzed number:
Basic
After the ‘Basic’ verification, you will be able to obtain the following information for the number:

Specifically:
- Is spam - whether the number is classified as spam or not;
- Created At - date when the analysis request was created;
- Checked At - date when the analysis request was completed.
Services
After the ‘Services’ verification, you will be able to obtain the following information for the number:

Specifically:
- Is spam - whether the number is classified as spam or not;
- Service Results - a list of services in which the number was checked for spam.
- Created At - date when the analysis request was created;
- Checked At - date when the analysis request was completed.
Bottom toolbar
The bottom toolbar looks as follows:

It allows you to use page pagination.
