Login
This document explains how to securely log in to the Teliqon Autodialer system using your credentials and access your personal dashboard. It also describes the password recovery process, including email-based reset steps and password requirements.
General Information
The login page of the Teliqon Autodialer Software contains the following login form:

This form provides the following options:

Log in to the system if you already have an account;
-
Recover your password if you have an account but have forgotten your login credentials.
Login
The login form includes the following fields for accessing the system if you are already registered and have an account:

A field to enter your Email address;
-
A field to enter your Password;
-
A 'show/hide password' toggle button (eye icon);
-
A 'Reset Password' button to initiate password recovery;
-
A 'Login' button to access the system.
The 'Email' and 'Password' fields must be completed by manually entering data using the keyboard.
To log in to the system, you must use the email address and password of a user registered in the Teliqon Autodialer Software. If you do not yet have an account, please visit the Teliqon Portal at {link1}, where you can purchase the 'Teliqon Autodialer Software' service by submitting a quick request. After submitting your request, a Teliqon Portal technical support specialist will contact you to begin the process of creating your project in the autodialer and providing you with access to the system.
Once you have entered your email and password, click the 'Login' button to proceed.
If the credentials you provided match an existing account in the system, you will be redirected to your Teliqon Autodialer Software personal dashboard {link2}.
Password Recovery
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the 'Reset Password' button.
After clicking the password recovery button, the following window will appear:

In this window, you need to enter the email address that is already registered in the system and for which you want to reset the password. Then, click the 'Send link to email' button.
After clicking the button to resend the code, the following message will be displayed:

To continue the password recovery process, please check your email inbox for a message from Teliqon Autodialer Software containing a link to the password reset form {link3}. Follow the link to access the form.

Password Reset Form
After following the password reset link, the following form will appear:

You need to enter your new password twice, ensuring it meets the following criteria:

Contains at least 8 characters;
-
Includes at least one uppercase letter;
-
Includes at least one lowercase letter;
-
Does not contain any spaces.
After selecting your new password and filling in both fields, you need to click the 'Confirm' button.
If all the requirements are met, the following success message will be displayed confirming the password change:

This form includes a 'Login' button that will redirect you to the login page {link4}, where you can sign in using your newly set password.
Leads
